Negev Photo

We were on the Negev Tiyul, first day (Ein Gedi), and I and about a 1/4 of the group had finished the first portion of our relatively short ascent so I decided (like many others) to snap a few pictures.I really like this one for the two reasons: you can see a trail of Pardesniks all traveling up the same path at an easy going pace some together, some single file; and secondly, for the diversity in terrain that you can see, the mountain trail we are on, the mountains in the distance, the vegetation in the middle as well the sea and sky. I really liked working with this picture (it is obviously edited, no?), particularly, it took a while to get the colors in the sky and trees the way I wanted them, but it came out well in the end.
